Wellington House, 154 Waterloo Road, London SE1.
Client: Public Health England.
Main Contractor: Ifield & Barratt Ltd.
Architect: Mr Philip Tunstall – Frank Timothy Associates.
Engineers: Mr Roger Howard and Mr Justin McAteer – Hockley and Dawson Ltd

Brief: To carefully dismantle the entire upper levels of the Portland stone façade from the top of the columns. This was necessary because the original steel supporting frame had corroded and was causing sections of the cornice and pediment to spall and fall away from the building.
